Design to Build Construction was founded by Arlen Kradjian. After graduating from the University of Southern California in 2014, Arlen immediately dove into the residential division of construction. Since 2014, Design to Build Construction has been developing new dwellings and remodeling homes & apartment buildings. From residential custom homes, apartment buildings to commercial office spaces, our priority is to bring to life the construction dreams envisioned by all our clients in a timely manner, while always ensuring code and safety compliance.
